Privacy and data use

What data I collect, what I use it for and how to ask me to delete it. No fine print.

Who is responsible

What I collect

Only what you give me, in three situations:

  • Your email, if you subscribe to Data for everyone. Along with it I store the page you subscribed from and whether you're more interested in the business or the technical side, so I can send you what's useful.
  • Your name, email and what you tell me, if you fill in the contact form.
  • Your name, email, phone if you leave one, and your notes, if you book a meeting.

I don't use tracking or advertising cookies. If I ever add analytics, it will be a cookie-free tool with no personal data.

What I use it for

  • The email, to send you new articles and, occasionally, to let you know about a course or resource I've published. Nothing else.
  • The contact form, to reply to you.

I never sell, share or trade your email with third parties.

Where it lives

  • Subscribers, in Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), the platform I use to send the newsletter.
  • Enquiries and meetings, in Microsoft 365: Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Bookings, my mailbox and an internal SharePoint list where I track follow-ups.

Both are third-party services with their own security policies. I don't use any others.

Your rights

  • Unsubscribe: there's a link at the foot of every email. One click, no questions.
  • Access, correct or delete what I hold about you: write to hola@morasta.net and I'll sort it within 10 working days.

These rights are recognised by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25.326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority and handles complaints from anyone who believes their rights have been affected.

If you're in the European Union, you're also covered by the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Changes

If I change anything on this page, I update the date above. If the change is significant, I'll tell you by email.
